AC Runs But No Cold Air Incoming

If you turn on the air conditioner after a long break and find that it is running, but no cold air incoming, then: You may just need to adjust the temperature regime. If a high temperature is set on the device, turn it on to the minimum, and then choose a comfortable one for you. Also, AC may not supply cold air because the fan mode is on. Turn on cooling mode. Dirty filters also lead to poor performance or no cooling at all. Dust, wool, hair all settle on the heat exchanger plates and clog the device. Then the AC can freeze up or leak and this produces poor cooling. In such a situation, you should read the instructions and clean the filters. Remove the filter from the unit and rinse it underwater. Do not use hot water as the filter may deform. If you are unsure of your actions, then call the professional. Also, if AC running, but no cold air incoming there may be a lack of freon in the air conditioner. Even in a working AC, freon can evaporate up to 7%. When there was a leak from the system, the compressor will work for the first time, but the split system will stop cooling and the error "low pressure" appears. With this problem, the technician must locate the leak, seal, and remove moisture and air. This is why the air conditioner needs to be serviced, cleaned, and refilled once a year.
